But this fire is not hell at all, but simply the light of a beacon that will show the way to a dream only to a fearless wanderer through all storms and fogs.

На самом деле самая главная идея книги состоит в том, чтобы достаточно понятным языком донести мысль о том, что мир древних символов, сказаний, образов, мифов, как и мир магии — это просто древний мир, а не нечто ужасное и пугающее. И этот мир прекрасен — это мир древних фейров и древней магии, это мир мифов и легенд, сказок и загадочных явлений. Всё это и есть Колдовская Навь. Ты боишься темноты или того, что там может скрываться? Но это просто тьма ночи, не более того. В абсолютной мгле горит огонь. Для кого-то, кто напуган и боится собственной тени — это зловещий знак. Но этот огонь вовсе не ад, а просто свет маяка, который укажет путь к мечте лишь бесстрашному страннику через все шторма и туманы.
